Description
This makes a large tree also, with split-leaf fern-like green foliage throughout spring and summer turning golden in autumn. Beech trees are best grown in deep, well-drained soil
and sunny position, thriving in acid or alkaline soil.

Best used for hedging.
Size
10 - 12 feet high at present, maturing to 100 feet tall.
